No information will be released regarding the agreement until the contract has been ratified by both parties.” In July, the Norwalk Board of Education and OAPSE Local 269 approved a three-year contract, with raises of 2.25, 2 and 2.25 percent, along with a $500 contract agreement payment. The union represents support staff and other school workers. Historically, the Norwalk Teachers Association and OAPSE Local 269 have received the same contracts.

A press release from Wynford school officials said Fox was fired without cause, and was exonerated in 2014.
