About Kami:
Kami lives in Sandusky with her 2 miniature Dachshunds named Mac and Ruthie! She also has a “vacation home” in Berlin Heights that she gets to as much as possible……….ok, really it is her parents house and it has a pool.
No, she does not drink as much wine as you might believe and Yes, she really does only watch Bravo tv and can/will tell you anything you would ever want to know about The Real Housewives of (insert city here) and True Crime TV and/or Podcasts.
Kami is also a self professed Potterhead, proud member of Slytherin and has several items from Harry Potter PROUDLY on display in her home.
Kami has worked in radio for over 20 years. Starting in Cleveland and eventually coming home to local radio that serves local people. She has been doing The K96 Morning Crew program for over 15 years and is also the K96 Program Director and the K96/WLKR Promotions Director.
Her favorite vacation spot is Englewood Florida, where most of the Moon family lives.
In her free time, Kami enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family which includes her sister Kelly and brother-in-law Kurt, parents Kelly and Linda and her entire world; her nephew Daniel (who enjoys helping out with the Morning Crew any day he is off school) and niece Marissa – who unfortunately for her mother is EXACTLY like her Aunt “Mimi” .
About Josh:
Josh Bowman has been working with K96 since May of 2016; first joining the team for just sports updates with the Morning Crew and news updates at noon and 5:00 pm.
Josh officially joined the Morning Crew as Kami’s co-host in March of 2017.
Josh is a sports and country music junky! He lives and dies with the home teams; the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, Columbus Blue Jackets and Ohio State Buckeyes.
As far as country music goes, it’s hard to find a song Josh hasn’t heard. He’s a fan of the classics like Glen Campbell, Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn, Alabama, George Strait and his favorite, Ronnie Milsap! He also loves the 90’s including Mark Chesnutt, Little Texas, Lila McCann, Dixie Chicks and David Lee Murphy; just to name a few. Newer artists he likes include Carly Pearce, Maddie & Tae, Jason Aldean, Midland and Florida Georgia Line.
Josh’s favorite foods include pizza, spaghetti, cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets and fries. He loves his sweets too including chocolate, ice cream and gummy candy.
What does Josh do for fun? He watches a ton of sports and WWE wrestling. The Miz and Alexa Bliss are his favorite superstars. He also enjoys watching classic 90’s sitcoms such as Seinfeld; which is his all-time favorite.
Josh is also the News and Sports Director for K96 and sister-station 95.3 WLKR. He does play-by-play for live high school sports and is a host of the Saturday morning sports program, ‘The Locker Room Show’ on WLKR.
Josh is married to wife Erica. They reside in a condo in Perkins Township.
