A man from Sandusky has died from injuries suffered in a crash last week.
According to the Sandusky Register, 46-year-old Dante Lee passed away at Cleveland Metro hospital on Friday.
The State Highway Patrol said that Lee drove into the opposite lane while on U.S. 6 in Huron Township where he struck another vehicle.
The other driver, 61-year-old Dennis Wilhelm of Elyria, was not hurt.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
The Ohio Department of Health has classified the Coronavirus, which originated in China, as an immediately reportable disease; which they say is a proactive step to ensure proper reporting of suspected cases, should the need arise.
State health officials say no cases have been reported in Ohio and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the risk to the American public is low; with 5 reported cases so far in the United States, as of this morning.

Lorain’s Civil Service Commission will soon be accepting applications from those who want to take exams, to become police officers.
Wednesday, the commission and Lorain Police will host an optional information session at City Hall, to help explain the process.
Wednesday night’s meeting will begin at 6:00 pm.
A Huron County road closure update…
Peru Center Road between Townline Road 131 and Hanville Corners Road, near North Fairfield, will be closed on Monday for culvert repairs.
The closure will be just for the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Renovation and cleanup work continues at the Norwalk Theatre…
The Norwalk Reflector reports that a major project involving the replacement of the roof should get started in the next week or two.
Other cleanup work recently involved the removal of two-thirds of the former seats, which are being repurposed by two non-profit groups.
Theresa Barcus and Vanessa Cook purchased the former theatre in 2018 and founded the non-profit organization, Norwalk Arts Center LLC
Once again this year, the Lorain County Farm Bureau will host “Brunch with a Farmer”.
The program allows people to meet farmers and enjoy locally-grown food prepared by culinary arts students from Lorain County Community College.
The 7th annual “Brunch With A Farmer” will be held February 8th at LCCC.
