A photo has been released of Port Clinton teen Harley Dilly…showing the maroon coat he was reportedly wearing on December 20th; the day he went missing. 

It was posted on the Port Clinton Police Department’s Facebook page…the photo taken on November 12th. 

The reward for information leading to Dilly’s safe return is now over $17,000.

 

President Donald Trump is set to visit northwest Ohio tomorrow. 

Vice President Mike Pence will be joining him at the rally in Toledo at the Huntington Center.

Those interested in attending can visit Trump’s website (donaldjtrump.com) to register for tickets.

 

Flu clinics from the Erie County Health Department will take place this week for staff, students and parents at Margaretta Schools.

According to the Sandusky Register...they will occur…

-Today from 3:30 to 4:30 pm at Margaretta Elementary

-Thursday 9:00 to 10:00 am at Margaretta Elementary and 3:00 to 4:00 pm at Margaretta High School                                                                                           

-Friday 7:00 to 8:00 am at Margaretta High School

 

Final preparations are being made for tomorrow’s inaugural state Human Trafficking Summit to be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

“Hope in Action” will feature educational sessions, success stories, lessons learned and best practices, all designed to end human trafficking in Ohio.

 

Family will be the focus Friday, of the Kelly Clarkson Show on WKYC-TV, and a Medina County woman will be showcased.

Kristin Gambaccini is a stay-at-home mother-of-eight who created a blog that caught the attention of the show’s producers.

 

The color purple will be even more prominent in Avon.

According to the Chronicle Telegram, the Avon School Board has agreed to replace the track at their stadium…changing out the old, worn-out brown track with a new purple one.

Work will begin once school’s out…and be wrapped up in early July.

 

Sandusky Transit has new services that go into effect on Monday.

Those include a new “Orange Line” that will run from downtown Sandusky to BGSU Firelands in Huron weekdays from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Also, the “Blue Line” will run every half-hour between 5:00 am and midnight; instead of every hour.

 

The numbers are in, and they show, sales of new vehicles here in Northern Ohio in 2019 ran neck-and-neck with those of 2018.

Customers bought a quarter-of-a-million motor machines.

Now, it’s on to 2020, with a focus on the Cleveland Auto Show, which opens Friday February 21st at the I-X Center.
