The first step in this process will require new account numbers for all users, which will be reflected on the bills received in April. Residents will need to use this new number when paying, to ensure that the payment is credited properly. The next step is scheduled to take place for bills received in May. Depending on the previous reading date, the bill could cover a longer or shorter period of time for the first month of the change.
