56-year-old Stella Anderson was arrested yesterday morning, on charges of felonious assault, domestic violence, child endangering and obstruction of justice. She allegedly stabbed the boy in the leg, after some sort of argument. It happened, at Anderson’s East Perkins Avenue home. The 14-year-old boy was taken to Firelands Regional Medical Center. She was taken to the Erie County Jail.

49-year-old Kennedy Wilkin was arrested Sunday evening, after he allegedly ‘karate-chopped’ the victim’s throat, then snapped her phone in half. He’s been charged with domestic violence, assault and disrupting public service.
